My Story
Alice Velado has always been drawn to entrepreneurship. Born in New Orleans into a conservative Catholic household, she was assigned male at birth and grew up without an outlet to express her true identity. Suppressing her emotions and self-awareness, she struggled to find a sense of belonging—until she moved to Austin, TX, where she finally had the space to spread her wings.
There, Alice met her ex-spouse, a Hong Kong native from an entrepreneurial family specializing in import-export. With her spouse’s unwavering support in her gender exploration, Alice embraced both personal and professional growth. Together, they collaborated with family to develop IoT devices for the marine industry, enhancing safety and security on ships. However, as their marriage came to an end, Alice transitioned into the corporate world, stepping away from the family business to focus on her own healing journey as a single trans woman.
These were some of her darkest years. Alice witnessed firsthand the deep shame many trans-attracted men carried, often resulting in toxic behaviors toward trans women. After reaching a breaking point and surviving another suicidal episode, she chose to reclaim her power. She founded Love Between Trans Women & Men, a community that has since grown to over 1,700 members, providing support, understanding, and healing.
Alice’s life transformed when she experienced a spiritual awakening that led her to Tantra philosophy and other healing modalities. As she deepened her studies, her life began to align—earning two corporate promotions that propelled her into leadership at a Fortune 20 company, leading family healing to rebuild her relationship with her parents, and creating a space where business, relationships, and spirituality intersect.
Ultimately, Alice returned to her true calling—entrepreneurship. As an Ultimate Love Coach, she now guides others toward balance, fulfillment, and empowerment in love, business, and life. She is widely known for her accepting, judgment-free approach, reminding others that the divine lives within us all.
